Booking policies

I try to be lenient with my policies, and will do what I can to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances that understandably arise, but due to a significant rise in the amount of clients rearranging their appointments / needing to move their 6 week top up outside of the 'top up timeframe', I've had to alter my policies to reflect the amount of appointments being wasted from my schedule when I can't fill last minute rearrangements. Thank you for understanding!

BEFORE BOOKING:

Please ensure you've checked out my portfolio, you like my style of work, you're a suitable candidate for the services you want, and that you've read all the information that has been sent to you.

By paying your non refundable booking fee, you are acknowledging that you've read the below policies and are happy with them. You are also acknowledging that you've read the pre-appointment information, the healing process and aftercare information.

Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstance.


ALL CLIENTS:

You can move your appointment/s once, providing atleast 7 days notice is given, allowing me to advertise and refill the space (7+ days is needed due to patch testing being required for new clients). If you cancel, need to rearrange with less than 7+ days notice, or no-show your appointment, you will forfeit the full non refundable booking fee and a new one will be needed to re-book.

​Rearranging your appointment
• ​All rearrangements must be done with at least 7 days notice to allow me time to fill your original date/s.
• I will rearrange your appointment/s once with the original booking fee, as long as there has been 7+ days notice.

Rearranging your included top up appointment
• If given enough notice, and I can move you within the top up timeframe (6 - 12 weeks) there will be no charge.
• If I am unable to move you within the top up timeframe, additional charges may apply if the top up appointment will need additional time and work.

Running late
• Please let me know if you're running late. I may not be able to see you if you’re more than 15 mins behind schedule, and this would result in forfeiting your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required for a new appointment.

No showing
• Your original booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required. It is unlikely I will rebook you.

Appointments & paying
• Your appointment/s is/are only secured once a booking fee has been paid.
• The booking fee is deducted from the total price of the service.
• The remaining balance is to be paid in cash, where possible please, as I need to take out my % for the studio.

At the studio
• No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the studio - please have photo ID with you in case I need to check it.
• We politely ask that you attend your appointments alone (unless discussed previously). We can be really busy at times and don't always have space for guests to wait.
• If you need assistance or have any special requirements, please let me know in advance so we can discuss and prepare for your visit, which we can hopefully accomodate :)


NEW CLIENTS:

For new clients, both appointments are essential for your service to be complete. The top up needs to be done within a reasonable timeframe (6-12 weeks from your first appointment).

£30 of the final payment (given at the first appointment), is held & rolled over as a booking fee for your scheduled top up. A new £30 booking fee will be needed if you cancel / reschedule with less than 7 days notice as it's unlikely I will be able to fill your slot.

I am usually booked up 3-6 months in advance (depending on time of year), so if you need to rearrange your top up, I will do my best to get you in within this timeframe, but if I can't accomodate you within 12 weeks of your first appointment, additional charges may apply on top of the £30 rebooking fee, as more time and work may be needed. Please ensure you can do both dates to avoid any disappointment, as my diary doesn't always allow for rearranging.


EXISTING CLIENTS:

For existing clients, 1 refresh session is usually suffice in topping up your brows, but depending on the gap since your last appointment, you may need 2 appointments again. This will usually be discussed via email before you book in though.

If you’re booked in for a top up within a certain timeframe (for example, 12-18 months) but need to rearrange outside of the timeframe, the new price will reflect the timeframe you’re moving into. You can check out the top up prices here.
